Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you are accepting our terms and conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notice.

1 GENERAL
1.1 All prices are stated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
1.2 Not allow to amendments or cancellation once the order is confirmed and paid.
1.3 All graphics content are subject to copyright reserved!
1.4 All measurement in CM. Product dimensions maybe error of 2-3cm.
1.5 Items colours may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions, or different computer resolutions. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

2 PAYMENTS
2.1 Please complete payment within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Kindly contact us if you cannot make payment within 24 hours. We will extend the payment up to maximum 48 hours for you. Otherwise, all unpaid orders after this payment frame will be cancelled automatically.

3 DELIVERY
3.1 DC will pack and dispatch Paid orders from our warehouse within 2 working days. Delivery normally takes about 1-7 working days from the time of dispatching the order to reach you.
3.2 We are not be responsible for the parcel lost or damage in the local transit.

4 RETURNS & EXCHANGE
4.1 Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. Except you received a defective items or incorrect items. Please refer to Section 5 (Defects & Incorrect Items)
4.2 For exchange of sizes/colors due to a misfit or change in your preferences, exchange will be entertained if item is still in stock. Postage will have completely borne by you. We will sent out the parcel once products & payment received. All items mailed back must be unwashed,unworn and with its tags intact.

5 DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS
5.1 We’re sorry for sending you a defective item* or incorrect item*. Please contact us with your order number, and a photograph of the defect / incorrect item within 7 days upon received your parcel. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect. All items mailed back must be unwashed,unworn and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in stock, refund will be issued. *Minor variations in measurement/ color slightly different and slightly imperfections (eg: slightly dotted stains , loose thread, quality doesn't meet  your expectation etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item are not considered a defect.
