SHOPPING

Q: How to order?
A: Register an account, add your desired items to shopping cart and check out. Complete your payment within 24 hours otherwise your order will be invalid / cancelled. Inform us at hello@darkcircle.my or wechat/whatsapp once you have paid.

Q: Can i amend or cancel my order after payment?
A: Sorry, paid orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

PAYMENT

Q: How do i make payment?
A: We accept credit card, paypal, online banking, ATM transfer & cash deposit. Once you’ve made payment, please proceed with notifying us. Please contact us if you encounter any difficulties.

Q: I’m from Oversea. How do i make payment?
A: You can make payment via Paypal at checkout page. 

Q: What if I cannot make payment in time?
A: Kindly email or wechat/whatsapp us if you cannot make payment within 24 hours. We will extend the payment up to maximum 48 hours for you. Otherwise, orders will be cancelled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once we have received your order and payment being verified, we require 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. It take 1-3 working days to reach you depend on courier company. Tracking number will be sent after we shipped out the parcel.

Q: What’s the shipping cost?
A: West Malaysia - Free delivery for orders RM100 or above. East Malaysia - Free delivery for orders RM125 or above. Otherwise charged a flat rate at RM8 for WM & RM11 for EM / per parcel.

Q: Do you ship to Oversea and when will my order arrive?
A: Yes! We require 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. Please contact us to estimate number of days to reach you. Tracking number will be sent after we shipped out the parcel.

Q: What is the shipping cost to Oversea?
A: Please contact us. 

Q: Do you provide COD or Self Collection?
A: We don’t provide COD yet but we offer self -collection at our studio which is located at Muar, Johor. Please contact us with regards to the dates and time of self-collection once we have verified your payment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Q: Do you provide returns / refund or exchange?
A: Sorry, goods sold are not returnable, refundable or changeable. Except for defective or incorrect items. Please refer to the section below.

Q: I received a defective item / incorrect item. What should i do?
A: Sorry for sending you a defective or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days after you received your parcel. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect. All items mailed back must be unwashed, unworn and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, refund will be issued. *Please read the terms and conditions.
